Brooks Nader is set to appear in the upcoming Fox reboot of Baywatch, taking on the role of Selene, the Captain of the Zuma Beach lifeguards.
The show is scheduled to premiere in January 2027.

The 29-year-old model, known for her work with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, has been giving fans a behind-the-scenes look at her time on set.
She recently posted photos wearing the iconic red one-piece lifeguard suit, complete with a "Los Angeles" patch, paying tribute to the original series.
Character and Training
Nader described Selene as a sharp-tongued captain who often clashes with Baywatch Captain Hobie Buchannon over their differing lifesaving methods.
Their rivalry escalates when Hobie recruits his daughter Charlie to the team, adding complexity to the dynamics.
To prepare for the physically demanding role, Nader underwent rigorous lifeguard and swim training.

She told People that the training was taken seriously due to the show's educational impact, recalling a note from one of the founders about the importance of CPR skills.
Nader also shared that the role has inspired her to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
In an interview with Us Weekly, she mentioned eating healthier, reducing partying, and focusing on workouts and mental well-being, calling it "a new era, a good one."
Beyond her acting debut, Nader has been showcasing her personal style during summer vacation.
