Florentine street food brand All'Antico Vinaio is set to open its first location in Brescia at Piazza Paolo VI within a few weeks, marking its seventh store in Lombardy.
The company announced the upcoming launch following its international expansion into Sydney, Australia, as reported by Italia a Tavola.

New Store Details
Operating daily from 10 a. m.
to 10 p. m.
, the new establishment features historic stone walls inside and outdoor seating for roughly 60 people.
The opening creates local employment, raising the company's total staff in Lombardy to more than 100 workers.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer Tommaso Mazzanti shared details regarding the brand's rapid global expansion alongside its new regional presence.
"I am really happy to announce the opening of All'Antico Vinaio in Brescia," said Tommaso Mazzanti.

"We are experiencing a period of great growth: just a few weeks ago we were on the other side of the world to inaugurate our first store in Australia and today we are ready to add another piece to our story."
"Brescia represents a new stage in our journey and I can't wait to inaugurate the new store.
We will bring here too the schiacciate that made us known all over the world and, as we like to do in every new city, also a specialty dedicated to Brescia, which we will reveal in the coming weeks," he added.
Established in Florence in 1991 by the Mazzanti family, the brand has grown into a globally recognized eatery with around 60 locations across Italy, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and France.
Its flagship product, "La Favolosa" schiacciata, earned recognition from Saveur magazine as one of the world's top five sandwiches, as reported by BresciaToday.

In addition to traditional offerings, the menu has expanded to feature a tasting box, the AV Sorpresa children's menu, and dedicated gluten-free venues in Milan and Forte dei Marmi.
