Major League Soccer club Seattle Sounders is exploring a potential transfer for Feyenoord striker Casper Tengstedt, according to American journalist Niko Moreno.
However, strict MLS roster regulations could significantly hinder any immediate deal for the 26-year-old Danish forward.

The primary obstacle involves financial regulations in the United States.
Seattle currently lacks an open Designated Player slot, which allows MLS clubs to sign up to three players whose salaries and transfer fees exceed the league's standard roster budget limits.
To facilitate a move, Seattle must establish an alternative financial structure that complies with MLS salary cap rules.
The club would also need to reach a formal agreement on a transfer fee with Feyenoord and negotiate personal terms with Tengstedt.
Tengstedt joined the Dutch side from SL Benfica in the summer of 2025 for a reported fee of approximately six million euros.
His contract with Feyenoord runs through the summer of 2029, giving the Rotterdam club a strong negotiating position overseen by technical director Dévy Rigaux.
The Danish forward faced limited playing time during his first season at De Kuip, largely acting as a backup to primary striker Ayase Ueda.
