Live Nation Entertainment has announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2026, with revenue reaching $7.7 billion.
This represents a 9 percent increase compared to the same period last year.

The growth was fueled by record concert attendance and robust international ticket sales.
Record Attendance and Financial Highlights
Global concert attendance climbed 10 percent year-over-year to 49 million fans.
This surge pushed operating income up 7 percent to $522 million, while adjusted operating income reached $817 million.
Michael Rapino, President and CEO of Live Nation Entertainment, highlighted the unique value of live experiences in a digital age.
He noted that more artists are touring than ever, and fans continue to choose live events, driving the strongest concert ticket sales in the company's history.

Through mid-July, over 143 million tickets have been sold, which is more than 14 million ahead of last year's pace.
Ticket sales saw mid-teens growth across all large venue types, including stadiums, arenas, and amphitheaters.
Ticketmaster, the company's primary ticketing unit, generated $852 million in revenue, a 15 percent increase, processing 90 million fee-bearing tickets.
Concerts contributed $6.4 billion in quarterly revenue, supported by a 25 percent surge in event-related deferred revenue to $6.4 billion.
Sponsorship revenue grew 12 percent to $383 million, boosted by a 20 percent increase in major brand partners.

Looking ahead, Live Nation projects full-year concert attendance to grow 10 percent, with its venue management division on track to host nearly 75 million fans in 2026.
