Mercedes-AMG is preparing to unveil its electric crossover, following the debut of the redesigned GT 4-Door in May.
The company released new teaser images on social media over the weekend, hinting at a sporty design.

The teaser shows a wide grille flanked by star-infused daytime running lights, with a more elongated inner line compared to the GT 4-Door.
Pronounced wheel arches and a long hood flow into a rakish windscreen, complemented by a sporty roofline and an angular rear window.
At the rear, circular taillights with integrated star graphics echo the four-door coupe, though only two are visible in the teaser.
The cabin is expected to feature a 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster, a 14-inch infotainment system, and a 14-inch front passenger display, along with sporty seats, a flat-bottom steering wheel, and a dual wireless smartphone charger.
An ambient lighting system and a Sky Control panoramic glass roof, which can switch from transparent to opaque, are also anticipated.
Powertrain Options
The SUV is expected to offer two powertrain variants.

The 53 version will likely use a roughly 106 kWh battery pack powering a dual-motor all-wheel drive system with 536 hp (400 kW / 544 PS) and 590 lb-ft (800 Nm) of torque.
This setup enables a 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) time of 3.9 seconds and an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h).
According to WLTP, the GT 4-Door 53 has a combined range of 424 to 503 miles (682-809 km).
A 600 kW DC fast charger can add 332 miles (534 km) of range in just ten minutes.
The more extreme 63 variant is expected to feature three axial flux motors producing 1,153 hp (860 kW / 1,169 PS) and 1,475 lb-ft (2,000 Nm) of torque.

This allows a 0-62 mph sprint in 2.4 seconds, a top speed of 186 mph (300 km/h), and a range of up to 432 miles (696 km).
