Jeep has introduced the 2027 Wrangler Laredo, a special edition that revives an iconic trim from the 1980s.
Inspired by the American Southwest and a Texas border town, the model brings back the tan soft top and adds desert-themed styling.
The Laredo is based on the Wrangler Willys with the Xtreme 35 Package.
It comes standard with a 1-inch lift and bronze 17-inch beadlock-capable wheels wrapped in 35-inch BFGoodrich KO2 all-terrain tires.
Exterior and Interior Details
Exterior features include a Gobi grille, Laredo hood decals, brown bodyside graphics, bronze tow hooks, and a lasso-style “4WD” logo on the rear.
The tan soft top makes a return, but buyers can also opt for a black hardtop or Sky One-touch power roof.
Inside, the Laredo boasts Bison Brown Nappa leather front seats with heating and power adjustment.
Mayan Gold contrast stitching, Global Black accents, and a custom center console badge complete the look. A subtle cowboy hat motif appears in the HVAC pad prints.
Orders open later this month. The Laredo costs $1,995 more than a Wrangler Willys with the Xtreme 35 Package.
The two-door version starts at around $53,240 including destination, while the four-door variant is approximately $55,620.
The Xtreme 35 Package is only available with an eight-speed automatic transmission.
