Ten NFL franchises sent representatives to Knoxville, Tennessee, on Saturday to evaluate top college talent during the matchup between the No. 1 Texas Longhorns and the No. 14 Tennessee Volunteers, according to ESPN's Jordan Reid.
Texas senior quarterback Arch Manning headlined the draft prospects featured in the game.
Scouts are monitoring Manning's progress following his performance against Ohio State, where he threw for 195 yards, one touchdown, and one interception in a comeback victory.
Other Longhorns Drawing NFL Interest
Several other Longhorns players are drawing professional interest, including edge-rusher Colin Simmons and wide receiver Cam Coleman, who sit inside the top 10 of Bleacher Report's 2027 big board.
Offensive tackle Trevor Goosby and running back Hollywood Smothers also hold top-50 prospect rankings.
In Bleacher Report's latest mock draft, Manning was projected as the third overall selection to the New York Jets, with Goosby projected fifth overall to the Tennessee Titans.
NFL talent evaluators also focused on Tennessee true freshman quarterback Faizon Brandon.
Although Brandon is not draft-eligible for several years, the quarterback has recorded 552 passing yards and six touchdowns across the Volunteers' three victories this season.
