Former boxing champion Wladimir Klitschko has filed court documents requesting authority to launch a law enforcement investigation into missing jewelry that belonged to his late ex-partner, Hayden Panettiere.

The filing alleges that an associate pawned the items without authorization, according to court records obtained by TMZ.

Klitschko submitted the request alongside his legal petition to be named guardian of their daughter, Kaya.

Pawn Shop Refused Details Without Police Involvement

The court documents state that the pawn shop declined to disclose details about the items unless law enforcement was involved.

Klitschko expressed concern that the missing property could be sold to third parties, which would directly impact the estate left to his daughter.

He currently holds sole custody of Kaya but requires official guardian status to manage her inheritance from Panettiere's estate.

His initial court petition also alleged missing jewelry, compromised emails, and items seized by federal agents.

According to the documents, Panettiere had hired a security firm before her death due to concerns about unauthorized entry into her home.

Her designer clothing was also relocated to prevent potential theft.

The court has not yet ruled on Klitschko's request.

Panettiere died on August 16 at age 36 from a drug overdose.
