Dirty Dancing: The Musical is officially heading to Broadway, with its debut set for February 2027 at the Lena Horne Theatre in New York.
The engagement coincides with the 40th anniversary of the classic 1987 film that inspired the stage adaptation.
Preview performances will begin on February 12, 2027, before an official opening night on March 14, 2027.
The production is currently wrapping up an 11-stop national tour across the United States before moving to Broadway.
Creative Team and Cast
Lonny Price, who portrayed Neil Kellerman in the original 1987 movie, directs the stage adaptation.
Darrell Grand Moultrie leads the choreography, and the current touring cast will remain intact for the Broadway run.
Annalese Starzec stars as Frances "Baby" Houseman, with Blake Zelesnikar playing Johnny Castle.
Ticket pre-sales open on October 8 at 10 AM ET through the official show website.
General public sales follow on October 9 via Broadway Direct.
Lionsgate is producing the revival alongside The Path Entertainment Group, LD Entertainment, and Magic Hour Productions.
Co-producers include Nederlander Presentations and the John Gore Organization.
