The UK National Lottery has scheduled a £12 million Lotto jackpot for Saturday, October 10, 2026.
A separate Thunderball draw will offer a top prize of £500,000, according to WalesOnline and Sunday Guardian Live.
The draws are set to take place in the United Kingdom from 8 p. m.
local time, with Thunderball following shortly afterward.
The October 10 Lotto draw will feature two rounds, giving participants two opportunities to win prizes during the same event.
The entry deadline is 7:30 p. m.
local time, and regular Lotto draws take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
WalesOnline reported that the previous Saturday's draw produced a £5.8 million jackpot winner.
Three additional ticket holders each received £1 million after matching five main numbers and the bonus ball.
For the October 10 draw, the advertised Lotto jackpot stands at £12 million.
The Thunderball game offers a separate top prize of £500,000, with a £1 entry price.
A Lotto play costs £3.50, and tickets are available through the National Lottery's website and retail outlets across the United Kingdom.
The lottery generates approximately £30 million each week for good causes.
The National Lottery began operating on November 19, 1994.
Its reported allocation of ticket sales includes approximately 50% for prizes, 28% for good causes, 12% for government duty, 5% for retailers and 5% for the operator.
The Lotto jackpot can roll over when no ticket matches all six main numbers, subject to a maximum of five rollovers before a must-win draw.
In such a draw, the prize money is distributed among winners in lower prize categories if the jackpot-winning combination is not matched.
