Boston Celtics guard Jaylen Brown has listed his luxury penthouse in Boston for $5 million, according to a report by Sports.

The real estate move comes amid a swirl of trade rumors surrounding the NBA star.

The rumors intensified after the Celtics lost a 3-1 lead against the Philadelphia 76ers in the first round of the NBA Playoffs.

Speculation about a potential split between Brown and teammate Jayson Tatum has surfaced almost every year since 2020.

This offseason, the discussions have been fueled by Brown's own comments during his weekly Twitch streams and other public remarks.

The property listing includes two units on the fifth floor of Necco Landing, a boutique condo conversion in Boston's Seaport District.

Brown purchased both units in October 2021 from the developer, paying $5.5 million for the larger unit and $499,000 for the studio, according to records cited by Mansion Global's Casey Farmer.

The offering encompasses the primary penthouse residence and an adjacent smaller studio space.

This is not the first time Brown has tried to sell the property.

He previously listed it in 2024 but removed it from the market about 12 months later.

The current listing marks the latest development in the Celtics star's offseason narrative.
