George Springer reached base on catcher interference with two outs, and Brandon Valenzuela followed with a home run.
Yesavage had pitched well aside from allowing a first-inning home run. However, the sixth inning unraveled quickly.
The inning began with a double, then a strikeout, a walk, and another double that tied the game.
After another strikeout, the Orioles hit a single and a home run to surge ahead 6-3.
Baltimore's offense continued to produce late.
Conner Seabold gave up three runs in the eighth inning, and Yariel Rodriguez surrendered four more in the ninth.

The Blue Jays also had defensive issues. Andrés Giménez was caught stealing with two outs and two runners on in the second inning.
In the sixth, Jesús Sánchez was thrown out attempting to stretch a single into a double, despite the first base coach instructing him to hold.
Daulton Varsho left the game early due to wrist discomfort. Toronto managed eight hits but drew no walks.
Valenzuela led the team with a 0.15 Win Probability Added, while Yesavage finished with a -0.46 WPA.
Tyler Heineman recorded a pop out on a single pitch.

The Blue Jays will use a bullpen day in their next game against Kyle Bradish, who has a 3-6 record and a 3.44 ERA.
