Chrysler's model lineup has shrunk to just one vehicle: the Pacifica minivan and its Voyager twin.

But the brand is planning a comeback with three new crossovers by 2030, starting with an electric model that may revive the Airflow name.

Renderings based on a recent Stellantis powertrain video imagine the production shape of the upcoming crossover.

The illustrations, created by Nikita Chuyko for Kolesa, show a sleek, high-riding hatchback with sharp lines and a retro-inspired front end.

Design and Platform

The Airflow concept, first shown in early 2022, was a sedan-SUV hybrid.

The production version appears more conventional, with an LED light bar and illuminated Chrysler wing badge up front, a large blacked-out grille, and prominent indentations across the doors.

At the rear, LED taillights flank the rear window, joined by a light bar and illuminated Chrysler script above a blacked-out bumper.

The overall shape has been compared to a Hyundai Ioniq 5 with Cadillac-inspired details.

The crossover will ride on Stellantis' STLA One platform, which supports hybrid, all-wheel-drive, and fully electric powertrains.

The teaser video showed a turbocharged four-cylinder engine, and Chrysler has confirmed an EV variant. A hybrid or plug-in hybrid is also expected.

Pricing and Future Models

Chrysler has confirmed the crossover will be priced under $40,000 when it arrives as a 2028 model, likely within two years.

Beyond the Airflow, two more models are planned: the Arrow and Arrow Cross, based on the Fiat Grizzly SUV and Fastback.

These subcompact models will share Stellantis' Smart Car platform and measure about 177.2 inches long.

The Arrow and Arrow Cross will offer gasoline, mild-hybrid, and fully electric powertrains, with pricing starting below $30,000.
