Endeavour Court Lockdown
Emergency crews and multiple police vehicles surrounded the flat complex near a garage section on June 28.
Authorities have since departed the scene without clarifying the nature of the danger.
Witnesses reported that officers occupied one property and refused to provide information regarding local safety risks.
"Police and ambulances at Endeavour Court," said one unidentified witness to PlymouthLive.
Emergency personnel actively instructed residents regarding safety protocols during the residential lockdown.

"Go back inside," stated an unnamed resident to PlymouthLive, describing the orders given by police officers on the street.
Another onlooker detailed the specific emergency presence at the residential flat complex during the afternoon hours.
"Police cars and vans, tape and a scene guard," noted an anonymous local to PlymouthLive.
Honicknowle Lane Incident
A separate incident occurred two days prior at the intersection of Honicknowle Lane and Shakespeare Road.
It caused heavy traffic delays at approximately 3:40 p. m.

"Loads of police," stated a witness to PlymouthLive regarding the June 26 incident, which included the presence of an armed officer before the road reopened.
