Federal agents previously escalated the probe in January by seizing approximately 700 boxes of election materials and ballots from a Fulton County elections repository, following a referral from White House-appointed investigator Kurt Olsen.

The Justice Department has ramped up grand jury activity, demanding comprehensive data regarding thousands of local election workers who assisted during the ballot-counting process in Atlanta.
