Kraay's comments follow a recent interview Bosz gave to VoetbalPrimeur after PSV's 1-1 friendly draw against Royal Antwerp on Saturday, July 4, 2026.
Speaking to Voetbal International, Kraay said he watched the interview with "open mouth and incredible amazement."
According to Kraay, when asked directly if he would definitively say 'no' to an offer from Oranje, Bosz did not give a clear refusal.
"He thought it was nice to be mentioned as a candidate," Kraay stated.

The pundit noted that many observers had previously assumed Bosz was waiting for a call from formal football officials, specifically mentioning Nigel de Jong.
Kraay highlighted a moment when the reporter asked Bosz if he could offer total reassurance to PSV supporters.
"It was very clear that he could not. I have the impression that Peter Bosz still gets excited about the national coach position," Kraay added.
