Lionsgate has released the first promotional trailers for Mutiny, an upcoming action thriller starring Jason Statham.
The film follows an ex-Special Forces operative who seeks vengeance aboard a cargo ship.

Directed by Jean-François Richet, Mutiny centers on Cole Reed, a man framed for the murder of his billionaire industrialist boss.
Reed boards a transport vessel and uncovers an international human trafficking conspiracy while trying to clear his name.
The project reunites Statham with Richet, who previously directed the 2023 action film Plane. Statham serves as both lead actor and producer for the film.
The cast includes Annabelle Wallis, Adrian Lester, Jason Wong, Roland Møller, and Arnas Fedaravičius.
The trailer showcases Statham's character engaging in close-quarters combat and using firearms against adversaries on the isolated vessel.

According to reports from Empire, MovieWeb, and OutNow, Mutiny is scheduled for a theatrical release in the United Kingdom and continental Europe.
The film arrives in Swiss cinemas on August 20, 2026, followed by its debut in UK and US theaters on August 21, 2026.
