Toyota has announced updates for the 2027 Corolla Hatchback, bringing larger digital displays and new exterior options, but dropping the sporty FX trim.

The biggest changes are inside the cabin.

The SE now comes standard with a seven-inch digital instrument cluster alongside an 8-inch touchscreen, while the XSE upgrades to a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster and a 10.5-inch infotainment screen.

A new SE Premium Package offers the same larger displays as the XSE, giving buyers a more affordable way to get a premium-looking dashboard.

Outside, the hatchback gains new Inked and Blueprint paint colors.

A set of genuine Toyota 18-inch gloss white alloy wheels is now available as an accessory, appealing to fans of JDM style.

However, the FX trim introduced for 2025 has been discontinued. That trim featured white wheels and a sporty look, but no performance upgrades.

Buyers can still replicate the style by adding a wing and wheels to the SE.

Under the hood, the 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine remains unchanged, producing 169 hp and 151 lb-ft of torque, paired with a CVT.

No manual transmission is offered.

Pricing starts at $24,780 for the SE, plus a $1,295 destination fee. The XSE starts at $29,170.

Both prices are slightly higher than last year's models.
