AEW Redemption took place on July 26 at the Bell Centre in Montreal, serving as the final pay-per-view event before All In at Wembley Stadium.
The card was headlined by Kenny Omega defending the AEW World Championship against Kevin Knight.

This was Omega's first title defense since winning the championship at Beach Break in Clearwater, Florida earlier this year.
Knight made his debut in a world championship main event, with the winner set to face Will Ospreay at All In.
In the women's division, Thekla defended the AEW Women's World Championship against Willow Nightingale.

Nightingale earned the opportunity by winning a Casino Gauntlet match, and the winner will advance to face Mercedes Moné at All In.
Six Title Matches on the Card
AEW Redemption featured six title matches in total. Adam Copeland and Christian Cage defended the AEW TBS Championship against Claudio Castagnoli and Pac.
Hikaru Shida put the AEW National Championship on the line against Maya, while Mark Davis defended his title against Andrade El Idolo.

A No. 1 Contenders Ladder Match for the AEW International Championship was also held, with teams including Jay White and Juice Robinson, David Finlay and Clark Connors, and Jon Moxley and Will Ospreay facing The Young Bucks.
