British Prime Minister Andy Burnham will hand over the intellectual property for the Stone Cloak electronic warfare system to Ukraine during President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's visit on July 27, 2026.
The transfer enables Ukrainian forces to manufacture the technology domestically at scale.

Stone Cloak is a compact device, roughly the size of a tablet computer, that jams Russian electronic detection systems when mounted on unmanned aerial vehicles.
Defense officials previously supplied thousands of these jammers to support Ukrainian military operations on the front lines.
The British government plans to integrate the battlefield-tested technology into its future long-range strike capabilities, including low-cost cruise missiles developed under Project Brakestop.
Leaders to Meet at Naval Base
During the visit to a UK naval base, both leaders will observe over 200 Ukrainian military personnel completing three weeks of specialized training under Exercise Sea Breeze.
The joint exercises focused on enhancing naval warfare capabilities and mine countermeasure operations in the Black Sea.

Burnham said, "Britain stands with Ukraine, shoulder to shoulder, and our support remains unwavering."
He added, "Russia should be in no doubt of our resolve and we will not back down until we achieve long-lasting and just peace for Ukraine."
The prime minister emphasized the domestic origin and operational effectiveness of the equipment.
"Stone Cloak is the best of homegrown British innovation and proven on the frontline, and it will be vital to protecting our security in both our countries," Burnham stated.

The diplomatic meeting follows an invitation extended by Burnham during his initial phone call with Zelenskyy after taking office on July 20, 2026, following the departure of former Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer.
