A Northern Virginia pastor is facing multiple criminal charges in Pennsylvania after state police accused him of sending sexually explicit images to a teenager he met at a church event.
Kenneth Baldwin, 47, lead pastor at Crossroads Baptist Church in Bailey's Crossroads, Virginia, was arraigned on July 22, 2026.

He was released after posting $80,000 unsecured bail, with a preliminary hearing set for August 10.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, Baldwin met the 15-year-old victim after delivering a sermon at a York County church in November 2024.
Investigators said they exchanged phone numbers, and Baldwin sent explicit images multiple times a week through December 2025, with additional pictures sent in recent weeks.
The charges include felony counts of unlawful contact with a minor and corruption of minors, as well as misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure, open lewdness, and corruption of minors.
An affidavit states Baldwin confessed to two individuals who reported the incidents to police.
During a June 12 interview at the York station, Baldwin allegedly admitted to sending 15 nude images and exposing himself to the teen on three separate occasions across three states.
Investigators seized the images and believe he may have shared explicit material with other children, urging potential victims to come forward.
