Charli XCX's latest album Music, Fashion, Film is currently tracking to hit number one on the Official Charts Company rankings.
Ahead of its release, the singer addressed fans on Instagram regarding bonus tracks published to iTunes.
"I made b-sides for each of the songs released ahead of Music, Fashion, Film because it felt natural to pair each song with a fitting counterpart – something that's adjacent to the album but not entirely part of it," Charli XCX wrote on Instagram.
The artist noted that fan demand altered her original release plans for the additional tracks.
"Traditionally, b sides often become fan favourites… and I guess in the case of some of the b sides for this album, that has proven to be true," she wrote.
She explained her initial reluctance before making the tracks available for purchase.
"I felt adamant I wouldn't put them on streaming because it sort of felt counter intuitive to the whole ethos of those songs, but I know you all really wanted them so I've begrudgingly put them on iTunes lol," Charli XCX wrote.

The singer is next scheduled to perform as a headlining act at the Reading & Leeds festival in August 2026, followed by a tour across North America in September and October.
