Jesus Rodriguez led off with a double, and Luis Arraez followed with an RBI single to bring him home.
McCray extended the lead in the fourth.
After Willy Adames singled with two outs, McCray launched a 406-foot homer to left field for his first home run of the season and his first since 2024.
Mahle allowed only three hits and two walks while striking out three over six-plus innings to earn his third win.
He benefited from three double plays before exiting in the seventh after a leadoff single by Jackson Chourio.

Relievers Sam Hentges, Dylan Smith, and Erik Miller combined for three scoreless innings to complete the shutout. Miller picked up his third save of the year.
Brewers starter Brandon Sproat took the loss, allowing three runs on six hits over six innings.
The Giants suffered an injury in the second inning when utilityman Casey Schmitt left the game with an apparent lower-body injury after rounding first base on a single.
Christian Koss replaced him.
