Negotiations concerning the military conflict between the United States and Iran are underway following a three-day pause in exchange of strikes, according to statements made by US President Donald Trump on July 27, 2026.
Speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One, Trump indicated optimism regarding a potential resolution to the hostilities, while issuing a stern warning about the conditions of the temporary lull in military actions.
