Newcastle United manager Eddie Howe is reportedly set to part ways with the Premier League club, according to leading English media.
The departure comes shortly after the club completed the €27 million transfer of former Ajax midfielder Sean Steur.

Dutch publication Voetbal International reported that the Magpies have identified Matthias Jaissle as a potential replacement.
The 38-year-old German currently coaches Al-Ahli and previously managed Red Bull Salzburg.
Howe's exit is described as surprising given his four-and-a-half-year tenure, during which he led Newcastle to Champions League qualification and a League Cup win in 2025.
However, last season the team finished 12th in the Premier League.
According to The Athletic, Howe took the initiative to step down.
The club's Saudi Arabian owners, the Public Investment Fund, now view Jaissle as the top candidate to succeed him.

Former Dutch international Wim Kieft commented in De Telegraaf on the timing of Howe's departure and its impact on 18-year-old Sean Steur.
Kieft expressed concern about Steur's readiness for the Premier League, noting his limited senior experience at Ajax.
"Steur will undoubtedly earn a huge salary, Ajax is happy with around 27 million euros for a youth player who still has everything to prove," Kieft said.
He added that Steur made 25 appearances last season with one goal and two assists, questioning whether he is ready for Newcastle's first team.
Local outlet The Chronicle reported that Steur has made a positive initial impression during early training sessions, describing him as "technically very good" and a leader in midfield.
