Kate Lawler, the television presenter and former Big Brother winner, took a dramatic tumble off a chair while serving as a bridesmaid at her brother's wedding reception in Portugal.
The 46-year-old shared a video on Instagram showing her standing on a seat to signal guests to sit down for the reception.

As she waved her arms, she bounced slightly, lost her footing, and fell backward onto the floor.
After rolling onto her front, family members quickly helped her back up.
Unharmed, she immediately climbed back onto the chair to finish her announcement, with her father standing behind to prevent another fall.
"This is why I shouldn't drink alcohol," Lawler wrote in her caption, later joking that she was a "broken woman" as Céline Dion's "My Heart Will Go On" played in the background.
The post drew amused reactions from fans and fellow celebrities.
