JAS Motorsport has finally revealed the interior of its Pininfarina-designed reborn Honda NSX, called the Tensei. The cabin blends original NSX cues with modern materials and technology.
The new images show the final production design, though they appear to be renders.

The cockpit looks restrained compared to many modern supercars, avoiding the trend of huge screens and touch-sensitive controls.
However, the Tensei does feature a discreet digital touchscreen and a TFT display replacing the analog gauge cluster.
It stays true to the original NSX philosophy with a low scuttle, driver-oriented dashboard, and an uncluttered center console sloping toward the manual gear shifter.
Red and black dominate the interior, appearing on the steering wheel, door cards, and sports seats.
Metallic detailing and technical fabric materials elevate the ambiance beyond the plasticky Honda of three decades ago. JAS says customers will have hundreds of customization options.
Carbon Body and No Turbos
The Tensei is not just an old NSX with a body kit.

JAS starts with the original Honda platform and clothes it in a new carbon fiber body designed by Pininfarina.
The proportions are massaged with a wider track, longer wheelbase, and shorter rear overhang.
Pop-up headlights remain, along with a reinterpretation of the original integrated rear spoiler.
Underneath, a naturally aspirated V6 derived from Honda's classic architecture is hooked to a six-speed manual. No electric motors, no turbochargers, and no paddles.
JAS brings over 30 years of motorsport experience, while Pininfarina's Honda connection dates back to the 1984 HP-X concept.

The Tensei Unit 001 will make its public debut at the Paris Motor Show in October, sharing space with Honda's Prelude HRC Concept.
