Country music singer Jon Pardi and his wife, Summer Pardi, announced their decision to end their nearly six-year marriage on July 3, 2026.

In a joint Instagram statement, the couple also disclosed that Summer's father, Larry, is battling bone cancer.

Couple Prioritizes Daughters

Jon and Summer Pardi married in November 2020 after getting engaged at the Ryman Auditorium in 2019. They have two young daughters, Presley Fawn and Sienna Grace.

"After much thought, we have made the difficult decision to end our marriage.

Our daughters will always remain our highest priority and we are committed to moving forward with love and respect as co-parents," the couple stated.

They thanked the public for support as they transition into a new family dynamic.

Jon Pardi to Continue Touring

Following the announcement, Jon Pardi clarified on his Instagram story that he will perform his scheduled summer concerts.

However, he will step away from personal social media management.

"While I navigate this next chapter, I'm going to take some time away from social media to focus on myself and my family," he wrote.

"My team will handle posting for the time being. I'll see you at the shows."

Summer Pardi's Father Diagnosed with Cancer

Amid the divorce news, Summer Pardi shared an update about her father, Larry, who was diagnosed with multiple myeloma after a tractor accident.

"A little life update on my dad. I know everyone on here loves him dearly, even those who don't know him personally.

He's a special guy and he's gonna kick cancer's a**," she stated.

Larry provided details, saying he experienced bone fractures and bulging discs from the accident before receiving the cancer diagnosis.

He confirmed he is entering a clinical trial program at Clovis Cancer Institute.

"I have a great team of doctors around me and I'm actually grateful to finally have some answers – even if it's not exactly the kind of plot twist I was hoping for," he said.
