The suspect is believed to have fled across European borders after the June 29 bombing.

Attack Details and Suspect Description

The explosion occurred at a high-security residential building in Monaco, leaving businessman Vadim Ermolaev and his partner, Anna Nasobina, with catastrophic injuries.

According to local reports, Nasobina had to have both legs amputated.

Investigators say the suspect disguised herself as a man to approach the building unnoticed.

She is described as having a snake tattoo running down her right arm from shoulder to elbow, and is believed to be in Germany, as she speaks German.

Formal charges against the individual include attempted murder, criminal placement of an explosive device, and criminal association.

Background of the Victim

Ermolaev, a Ukrainian-born oligarch, has faced sanctions from Ukraine due to his business operations in Crimea, which Russia annexed in 2014.

He reportedly ran a spirits company and continued paying taxes to Russia.

Prior legal records indicate complex international financial controversies, with allegations of extorting approximately $114 million from victims.

Witnesses described the scene as resembling a war zone. Resident Silvano Ippolito said, "I arrived and saw the entrance—there was no door.

A woman was slumped on the stairs. It was a war scene."

Neighbors expressed shock, with one resident stating, "We are all in a state of stupor. We keep talking to each other, saying, 'Did you see?
