RB Leipzig winger Yan Diomande has publicly addressed social media skepticism regarding his prospective high-fee transfer to Real Madrid.
The 19-year-old Ivorian international sarcastically reposted a video that questioned his overall market value.
The online exchange unfolded after a TikTok content creator voiced doubts over whether the young winger possessed the necessary technical level to justify a massive potential transaction fee.
"Now I understand why Real Madrid have not won any title this season," the creator said in the video.
"You let go of Barcola and Olise, then you pay 100 million euros for Yan Diomande. Who is the club's talent scout?"
"Does this player really have the level required for Madrid? They will endure another season without titles," the creator added.
Instead of engaging in a heated argument, Diomande opted to share the video directly to his personal TikTok account accompanied solely by a thumbs-up emoji.
The young forward's response dismissed the online critique without further comment.
