Ajax midfielder Kian Fitz-Jim is on the verge of a move to Italian Serie A club Torino, with a transfer fee of approximately €3 million agreed upon.
The 22-year-old will travel to Italy for a medical examination before signing a multi-year contract with Torino, where Ignazio Abate has recently been appointed as head coach.

Fitz-Jim's departure ends a seven-year association with Ajax.
He joined from AZ Alkmaar in 2019, had a loan spell at Excelsior, and later broke into the first team under Francesco Farioli, making 72 official appearances for the Amsterdam club.
The transfer follows a collapsed move to the German Bundesliga during the previous winter window.

With his Ajax contract running until mid-2027 and renewal talks at a standstill, both sides agreed a summer transfer was beneficial.
Fitz-Jim becomes the fourth Ajax midfielder to leave this summer, after Branco van den Boomen, Sivert Mannsverk, and Sean Steur.
