Eric Lauer delivered six scoreless innings of one-hit ball, leading the Los Angeles Dodgers to a 4-2 victory over the Seattle Mariners at Dodger Stadium on Wednesday night.
Lauer struck out four and walked one, retiring the leadoff hitter in every inning.

The win improved his record to 6-5 overall and 5-0 with a 2.96 ERA since joining the Dodgers in mid-May.
Los Angeles is now 9-0 in games Lauer has pitched.
Andy Pages sparked the offense with a first-inning solo home run, his 22nd of the season, off Mariners starter Emerson Hancock.
Pages finished with three hits and two RBIs. Shohei Ohtani went 2-for-3 with an RBI double in the sixth inning and scored twice.
"This is good experience for Andy in the regular season to be at the top of the order," said Dodgers manager Dave Roberts.

Mariners Rally Falls Short
The Dodgers built a 4-0 lead through six innings.
Seattle responded in the eighth when Weston Wilson doubled off Tanner Scott and scored on Cole Young's RBI single.
Teoscar Hernandez made a leaping catch at the outfield fence to rob Mitch Garver of a home run.
Closer Edwin Diaz, returning from the injured list after elbow surgery, recorded his fifth save in the ninth inning.
He allowed an RBI double to Josh Naylor before closing out the game.

The Mariners adjusted their rotation after the game, moving Bryan Woo to start Thursday's series finale at Dodger Stadium and pushing Bryce Miller's start to Friday against Minnesota.
