Brighton & Hove Pride is set to mark its 35th anniversary on August 1 and 2, 2026, with a weekend of music, parades, and street celebrations across the UK seaside city.

Organizers expect tens of thousands of visitors for the annual LGBTQ+ landmark event, which will center on the theme 'The Power of Love'.

Parade and Festival Highlights

The official Pride Community Parade kicks off on Saturday, August 1, at 11 a. m.

Preston Park will host the main Pride on the Park festival on both days.

Transport authorities urge visitors to plan ahead due to extensive road closures and altered public transit routes.

Preston Park and London Road train stations will remain closed all weekend, making Brighton Station the primary rail hub.

Govia Thameslink Railway will operate additional capacity, with a color-coded rainbow queuing system at Brighton Station to direct passengers.

Accommodation demand remains high, with local hotels like the Mercure Brighton Seafront Hotel and Ibis Brighton City Centre catering to visitors.
