Internet penetration stands at nearly 79.5 percent, while mobile penetration exceeds 120 percent.
These connectivity levels have enabled digital investment platforms to amass over $10.5 billion in assets under management.
Government-backed financial literacy programs have reached more than 10 million individuals, boosting interest in portfolio diversification, retirement planning, and sustainable investments, which totaled $335 million in 2025.

The market remains competitive, with both domestic and international players such as Mandiri Investasi, Danareksa Investment Management, UBS Indonesia, BNI Asset Management, and Schroders Indonesia.
Heightened regulatory oversight from the Financial Services Authority of Indonesia continues to shape operational requirements for market entry.
