A release clause allows external clubs to secure Junior for a fee of 18 million euros this summer.
PSV Negotiates Contract Upgrade
To counter this interest, PSV Eindhoven is currently in negotiations to upgrade his contract, which runs until mid-2029.

The proposed renewal would grant Junior a salary increase and remove the active release clause entirely.
While Junior is engaged in talks with PSV, he remains open to a foreign transfer opportunity.
