Former Stoke City and Crystal Palace boss Tony Pulis will manage the All Stars squad, which includes six former West Bromwich Albion players alongside Wes Brown, Papiss Cisse, and Troy Deeney.
Wes Hoolahan and Dan Gosling, both former Blackpool midfielders, are also selected for the visiting team.
Hoolahan, who made 99 appearances for Blackpool and spent a decade at Norwich City, drew praise from former teammates.
Adrian Forbes described him as "an enigma, a magician, and his own man."

Marc Joseph added: "When you've got Wes Hoolahan in your team, you're going to do well. He was a magician, but had good players around him."
Keith Southern, a two-time Blackpool promotion winner, said: "What a player Wes was. He was probably the best player in the Championship at the time."
Gosling scored twice in 14 outings during a loan spell at Bloomfield Road from Newcastle United in the 2013/14 season.
The All Stars XI also features substantial West Brom representation through Shane Long, Gareth McAuley, Luke Steele, Erik Pieters, and Dwight Gayle.
