The independent charity Crimestoppers is offering a reward of up to £10,000 for anonymous tips that lead to a conviction.
“This is a deeply concerning case, and someone may hold information that could make a vital difference,” said Alexa Loukas, Regional Manager for Greater London at Crimestoppers.
The charity assures that its reporting system is completely confidential, with no names, statements, or court appearances required.
