Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin hosted his exclusive annual Fourth of July White Party at his $50 million oceanfront estate in the Hamptons on Wednesday, July 1, 2026.
The invite-only gathering drew a star-studded crowd of sports and entertainment icons amid speculation regarding Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's rumored wedding date.
Star-Studded Guest List and Performances
The event, which returned after a one-year hiatus, featured high-profile attendees including Jake Paul, Mike Tyson, DJ Khaled, Cardi B, Nelly, and NBA stars Kevin Durant and Tyrese Haliburton.
Performances included Snoop Dogg on the roof and a 20-minute set by Alicia Keys, which drew dancing from Jay-Z, as reported by TMZ.
Rubin Addresses Date Speculation
Addressing speculation that he moved the traditional holiday weekend event to avoid a scheduling conflict with Swift and Kelce's rumored nuptials, Rubin clarified the timing of the celebration.
"We were debating the dates.
We were certainly aware of that date, but we didn't change it because of that date," said Rubin to PEOPLE.
The billionaire entrepreneur acknowledged that the overlap was a consideration during the planning process to prevent potential conflicts for the high-profile guests.
"But we were aware of that date and we didn't want to have people have to choose," stated Rubin.
The gathering has historically taken place during the holiday weekend at his Bridgehampton estate but has only landed on Independence Day itself once since the tradition originated in 2021.
Rubin expressed confidence that the timing would not impact attendance or the scale of the event.
"People come to the White Party no matter when we do it... The White Party is going to be spectacular," made clear Rubin.
The executive highlighted that the party marks the beginning of an unprecedented stretch of major sports and entertainment events concentrated in New York throughout the first half of July.
"I'll tell you one thing. I think the stars are going to be in New York from July 1 till July 19.
New York's never seen anything like this," said Rubin.
He noted that the upcoming weeks will feature a packed schedule including the rumored Swift-Kelce wedding, the ESPY Awards, and his own Fanatics Fest, which coincides with the FIFA World Cup Final.
"You've got the White Party, the best party in the world, followed by [Swift's] wedding a few days later, followed by Fanatics Fest.
Oh, and this little thing called the World Cup, which has the finale here in New York...
You've got the ESPY Awards that moved to the night before Fanatics Fest," listed Rubin.
The third annual Fanatics Fest is scheduled to take place at the Jacob Javits Center from Thursday, July 16 to Sunday, July 19, 2026.
The sports festival will feature appearances by the New York Knicks following their 2026 NBA Finals victory over the San Antonio Spurs, alongside a debut appearance by Serena Williams competing against Tom Brady, Novak Djokovic, and John Cena.
"What's going to make this year so special is it's in the middle of the World Cup Final.
You have the biggest stars in the world descending to Fanatics Fest... it's just going to be absolutely spectacular," said Rubin.
The Jacob Javits Center is also scheduled to host the official World Cup Finals press conference during the Fanatics Fest weekend.
"We'll have the two captains two days before they're going to play in the biggest match of their lives," added Rubin.
The event organizer anticipated that the gathering of top international athletes would recreate the excitement of previous tournament iterations.
"If it's a repeat of 2022, you'd have the coach and team captain.
In that case, you'd have [Kylian] Mbappé and [Lionel] Messi at Fanatics Fest with tens of thousands of fans going crazy," noted Rubin.
Following the conclusion of the White Party, attention shifts to the holiday weekend where Swift and Kelce are rumored to hold a rehearsal dinner ahead of a celebration expected to draw at least 1,000 guests.
