Cardi B resolved a legal fee dispute with blogger Tasha K on June 30, 2026, after a Florida bankruptcy court approved a $60,000 settlement.

The settlement stems from violations of a previous non-disparagement agreement.

According to court documents reported by Billboard and Rolling Stone, the vlogger, whose real name is Latasha Kebe, breached the terms of her bankruptcy conditions by making public remarks about Cardi B's estranged husband, Offset, and NFL player Stefon Diggs.

The rap star initially demanded over $110,000 to cover legal expenses incurred while monitoring compliance.

She agreed to reduce the penalty to prevent prolonged court proceedings.

"To avoid the expense, delay and uncertainty of further litigation," stated the joint filing.

Under the finalized schedule, Kebe must pay $30,000 within 28 days of the order, with the final $30,000 due by December 31, 2026.

The financial obligation is secured by her husband, Cheickna Kebe, and her businesses, Quetal LLC and Stash Media Works LLC.

Cardi B can pursue the full $110,115 fee if a default occurs.

Cardi B's legal team noted "egregious violations" by Kebe.

The attorneys detailed that enforcing compliance turned into an ongoing chase across various social media platforms and radio broadcasts where the content creator spoke about the rapper's family.

They described it as a "cat and mouse" situation.

In April, the legal representatives requested sanctions from the court, asserting that Kebe continued to ignore the judicial mandates regarding public commentary.

"Debtor still believes that she is above the law, consequences, and is invulnerable," stated the attorneys.

The legal counsel noted that the vlogger expects to continue her behavior after resolving her financial liabilities.

"She has made clear that she intends to resume harassment of Ms. Almánzar once her debt is paid off," added the attorneys.

This penalty is separate from the original $4 million defamation judgment won by Cardi B in 2022, which originated from false claims published by Kebe in 2019.

Kebe previously entered a $1.2 million five-year repayment plan during her 2023 Chapter 11 bankruptcy, which remains fully active alongside a separate ongoing asset-shielding lawsuit against her husband.
