Inter Milan has completed its first summer signing after reaching a full agreement with Lazio on Friday, July 3, 2026, to acquire goalkeeper Ivan Provedel for a total transfer fee of approximately 3 million euros.
The 32-year-old goalkeeper is scheduled to undergo medical examinations and sign a three-year contract extending until 2029 next week.

He will compete for a starting role alongside Martinez following Yann Sommer's departure.
The transfer concluded a three-week negotiation period after Lazio president Claudio Lotito gave the definitive green light for the move, following initial discussions held earlier in June.
"Ivan has always been an Inter fan, I think for him it is the closing of a circle at a career level.
It is certainly a very important club, then he will come here to play his cards and we will see.
We are very confident," said Gianni Rava, agent of Ivan Provedel.
Lazio and Other Serie A Moves
Lazio is simultaneously restructuring its squad by awaiting the official announcement of 30-year-old left-back Alfonso Pedraza from Villarreal, while managing potential exits for Nuno Tavares and Luca Pellegrini.
Concurrently, Como 1907 announced the permanent signing of 31-year-old Spanish midfielder Luis Milla from Getafe CF on a contract until June 2029, alongside finalizing a five-year deal for 2007-born prospect Mattia Liberali.
