"I'm in top form," he said.
The young rider adjusted his training regimen across high-altitude locations like Sierra Nevada and Les Arcs to overcome his recent racing injuries.
"After my abandon from the Tour Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, I was able to resume my preparation almost as planned, with a few adjustments to some training sessions because of my injuries," Seixas explained.
The sinuous descent where he crashed raised questions about his experience, but the young athlete remains unfazed by the upcoming mountain stages.

"It is more about seeing how my recovery is after 10 to 15 days. It is more about questions than fears," he said.
Pogacar Praises Young Challenger
Defending champion Tadej Pogacar, who recently secured titles at the Tour of Switzerland and Liege-Bastogne-Liege, acknowledged the unique talent and maturity of his young French challenger.
"He is very mature for his age," said Pogacar, who rides for UAE Team Emirates XRG.
Pogacar noted that the young Frenchman relies on instinct rather than the heavy data-driven metrics that dominate modern professional cycling.
"He rides with his heart, without overthinking," Pogacar added.
The Slovenian veteran also emphasized that the overall victory remains highly competitive with multiple contenders vying for the yellow jersey.
"There are quite a few guys who can aim for the victory," he said.
Pogacar pointed out that his own teenage teammate, Mexican rider Isaac Del Toro, will play a crucial role in sharing leadership responsibilities during the multi-week race.
"Isaac is a very important member of this team. We are aiming to win the Tour and we will try to achieve that.
It will not be an easy race, but we have a lot of tactics," Pogacar said.
Decathlon CMA CGM sports director Luke Rowe, who previously won five consecutive Tours with Team Sky, praised the bold racing characteristics of Seixas.
"He races with no fear. He just goes for it," Rowe said.
