Court documents released in Florida and Arizona reveal that late NHL legend Claude Lemieux designated his wife, Deborah Lemieux, to administer his estate following his death at age 60 in May.
According to filings obtained by Us Weekly and first reported by TMZ, Lemieux left his entire estate to a trust initially established with his wife in September 2008 and amended in 2021.

"I nominate and appoint Deborah Lemieux as the Personal Representative to administer my estate," wrote Lemieux in an Arizona filing.
If his wife fails to qualify or ceases to act as the administrator, Lemieux specified that their children, Brendan and Claudia Lemieux, would serve as co-representatives.
Estate and Beneficiaries
The legal documents specify that everything will be distributed according to the terms of the separate trust.
The listed beneficiaries include his wife, Brendan, Claudia, a 2-year-old grandson named Luc, and a 6-month-old granddaughter named Sutton.
Two sons from Lemieux's first marriage, Christopher and Michael, were omitted from the listed personal representatives and beneficiaries.
On June 27, 2026, the estate filed a notice of trust in Palm Beach County, Florida, to establish liability for administration expenses and enforceable creditor claims.
A subsequent petition filed on June 30 sought to formally establish that Deborah is qualified to perform the duties of personal representative.
While the exact monetary value of the estate was not specified, the court was informed that its approximate value is estimated to exceed $75,000.
