The full sale transfers ownership in Circuit Zandvoort, Media Park in Hilversum, IT provider Levi9, and hundreds of Amsterdam properties to business partners Menno de Jong and Coen Groeneveld.
Financial details were not publicly disclosed, according to local broadcaster AT5.
Shift to Artificial Intelligence
The prince explained his pivot toward funding and developing artificial intelligence ventures. He emphasized his desire to focus on early-stage innovation.
"That is precisely the phase in which I prefer to be active: new creative developments, building enterprises, and creating something that does not yet exist together with other entrepreneurs," Prince Bernhard said.
His extensive housing network previously drew intense public scrutiny.
In 2017, journalists Michiel Couzy and Maarten van Dun reported in Het Parool that the son of Princess Margriet held 102 addresses directly with partners.

Combined with assets under his real estate firm Pinnacle, the prince held financial interests in 349 total residential units across Amsterdam.
The property empire generated recurring disputes with the Amsterdam municipality over regulatory compliance.
Investigations into housing-share permits and lease violations resulted in formal administrative enforcement actions and financial penalties.
These ongoing legal clashes and sizeable holdings earned him the nickname "Pandjesprins" or "Property Prince."
Critics identified his operations as symbolic of broader affordability challenges and surging rent prices in the capital.
