Jordanian air defenses intercepted five missiles without casualties, according to the Petra news agency.

US Central Command said American forces struck dozens of sites linked to Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps for over two hours.

They know it's coming."
Iranian state media reported two wounded on Qeshm Island in the Strait of Hormuz and explosions in Khuzestan province.
The strikes followed US-Saudi operations in Iraq targeting Iran-backed militias, which killed at least 20 fighters and six Iranian advisers on Wednesday.
Separately, drone attacks ignited fires on two natural gas vessels at Egypt's Damietta port, affecting a US-owned floating storage unit and a Greek-owned tanker.

No injuries were reported.
Trump commented on the Egypt incidents, saying, "It's a little more of the same," suggesting Iran or its allies may be responsible.
The escalation raises the risk of broader conflict in the region, complicating efforts to end the five-month war that has disrupted the global economy.
Oil prices responded, with Brent crude falling $1.29 to $89.45 a barrel and US West Texas Intermediate dropping 56 cents to $83.90 a barrel.
The Iraqi presidency condemned the US-Saudi airstrikes on eastern Iraq as "a blatant violation of Iraq's sovereignty."
