Everton have entered negotiations with Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal over the potential transfer of winger Iliman Ndiaye.
The Premier League club is seeking a fee of approximately £70 million for the 26-year-old Senegalese international.

Ndiaye has drawn significant interest from Al-Hilal and Manchester United following two impressive seasons at Goodison Park.
While personal terms are not expected to be an obstacle, the two clubs remain in verbal discussions to finalize the valuation.
The forward joined Everton from Marseille two years ago for £15 million.
He still has three years remaining on his contract, giving the Merseyside club a strong negotiating position.
According to Saudi newspaper Asharq Al-Awsat, Al-Hilal have prepared a lucrative weekly wage offer of £270,000 to tempt Ndiaye to the Gulf state.
A deal at Everton's asking price would make Ndiaye more expensive than Dutch winger Crysencio Summerville, whom Al-Hilal signed from West Ham United for around €80 million.

Despite Everton's attempts to secure Ndiaye with an improved contract proposal to fend off interest, the player rejected the offer.
Last season, he recorded six goals and three assists in 34 appearances under manager David Moyes.
Overall, Ndiaye has scored 17 goals and provided three assists in 71 games since joining the club.
Ndiaye previously expressed his desire to compete at the highest European level.
"As I've always said, I want to be the best player and to do that, you have to play at the top.
I want to be playing at the top level. I want to be playing Champions League football," he said.

Manchester United manager Michael Carrick is also monitoring Ndiaye as a potential target for the left wing. However, no formal bid has been made by the Red Devils.
