He also praised the home matchday tradition established by the fanbase. "The best thing about matchdays at our ground is singing The Angel before kick-off," Stillman said.
"Arsenal always lacked an anthem and this one really works. It came about organically and unexpectedly, like all the best things in life."
He identified North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur as the team's primary focus. "Our biggest grudge match will be against Spurs, after their heroic relegation survival," Stillman said.
When asked about external talent, he selected Paris Saint-Germain winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. "The opposition player I'd love here is Khvicha Kvaratskhelia," Stillman said.
"The PSG winger is the best player in the position where we most need an upgrade."
He expressed nostalgia for former squad members at their peak. "The active player I'd love to have back is the 2022 version of Gabriel Jesus," Stillman said.
"Arsenal would have won the title earlier had his knees not gone to heaven so soon after he joined the club."
