"I felt a responsibility to take the training seriously because you really don't know who you could be saving that's watching at home," said Nader.
Taking on the television role prompted significant changes in Nader's personal daily health routines and lifestyle choices, as reported by Us Weekly.
"I'm eating a lot healthier, and I'm not partying as much, which, you know me, that's pretty hard.
But I'm doing it, and I'm working out a lot and taking care of my mind, body, that whole situation.
So, it's a new era, a good one," said Nader.
Wearing the show's signature red swimwear served as a constant reminder of the project's cultural legacy.
"It's been amazing. It's a pinch-me moment, for sure.

Nader expressed enthusiasm about stepping into the iconic franchise and connecting with its global legacy, according to Entertainment Tonight.
"My character is Selene and she's basically me — she's very sassy — and she is a total boss," said Nader.
The original television series aired from 1989 to 2001, reaching a peak global audience of over 1.1 billion weekly viewers in 1996.
"Everyone grew up on Baywatch and it's such an iconic series, so I'm so honoured to be a part of it," said Nader.
