Manchester United have confirmed that academy defender Tyler Fredricson has completed a permanent transfer to Swiss Super League side Lausanne-Sport.
The announcement was made on July 31, 2026.

The 21-year-old centre-back leaves Old Trafford after making four senior appearances for the Red Devils. He progressed through the club's youth academy.
Following the announcement, Fredricson shared a message on his Instagram story. He wrote, "Once a red, always a red."
The club statement acknowledged the defender's commitment and journey through the youth ranks. "Tyler Fredricson has agreed a permanent transfer to Lausanne-Sport, subject to registration," Manchester United said.
"A lifelong Red from south Manchester, he worked diligently while proudly rising through the ranks of our world-famous youth system."

Pre-Season and Transfer Activity
The departure comes as Manchester United continue pre-season preparations under manager Michael Carrick.
The club has already made several summer arrivals, including Karl Darlow, Kit Margetson, Andrey Santos, Youri Tielemans, and Tynan Thompson.
United face Atletico Madrid in a friendly on Saturday. They open their Premier League season against Hull City on August 22.
The club remains linked with potential incoming transfers. Newcastle full-back Lewis Hall and Roma midfielder Manu Kone are among the targets.
