Exeter City has completed the signing of striker Josh Gordon on a free transfer, the League Two club announced on Tuesday.
The 31-year-old forward joins on a one-year contract, which includes a club option for an additional season.
Gordon arrives after leaving Walsall, where he spent two seasons. He has previously played for Burton Albion and Barrow.
During a loan spell at Barrow last season, Gordon scored nine goals in 30 appearances.
Manager Matt Taylor expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, describing Gordon as an "all-energy centre forward" who will give his all and become a fan favorite.
Taylor believes Gordon's goal-scoring record indicates he can significantly contribute to the team's offensive output with proper service from midfield.
Gordon is the second new signing for Exeter City since their relegation from League One in May, following the arrival of Gwion Edwards last week.
