Blue Jays manager John Schneider addressed the decision regarding the pitching rotation and the utilization of Miles on Monday.
"You don't want to move him back and forth too much. If we're going to do it, try to be consistent with it," Schneider said.
Miles recently tossed a season-high 3.2 innings and 56 pitches against the Detroit Tigers on Saturday, striking out five batters.
